Purchase Options

STLNHRTS offers several purchase methods to ensure a smooth shopping experience:

  • Standard Checkout: Pay the full amount at checkout using any accepted payment method.

  • Installment Payments (if available): Select “Shop Pay Installments” or other payment options at checkout to split your total into smaller payments.
    Note: Approval for installment payments is managed by the respective payment provider.

All purchases are subject to product availability. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.


Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Before Processing: Orders can only be canceled or modified within 2 hours of being placed. After this window, the order enters production or fulfillment and cannot be canceled.

  • After Processing: Once your order has been packed or shipped, cancellations are not permitted.

  • Pre-Orders: Pre-order items cannot be canceled once production begins. Please review product details and estimated ship dates before completing your order.


Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation is approved within the eligible window:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • For installment payments, refunds will be processed through the payment provider according to their terms.


Final Sale Items

All sale, limited edition, or promotional items are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
